  : Good location. Spacious. Fabulous view.
  : The door lock was so badly damaged that it took ten minutes of wriggling the key to lock it from outside. From inside we didnt try. A replacement key was no better. We complained and three days later we returned to find no door! On the fourth day the lock was repaired, hallelujah. The toaster was broken and attempting to operate it fused the entire apartment - it was replaced. Two of four hob rings didnt work. Fittings, door handles, knobs, etc. had a tendency to come off in ones hand. There was a constant loud hum from the water pump in the bathroom. All-in-all a bit disappointing for a premium-priced apartment. After some overdue maintenance and TLC this could be a really nice place.
