  : The property was sold for 4 adults. We traveled 2+1 baby and it was imposible to stay until the end of our planned holiday. The property is extremly small and jammed with (useless) furniture. In the pictures the bunk-bed seams in a different room. It is in fact in a hallway. There are 60cm from the beds to the other wall. The toilet has less then one square meter. There is just one small heater. In the room it works fine but for the hallway and the bathrooms it doesnt and it is really cold. Both the window and entry door are badly issolated and it it windy. You can see outside from the crack of the door.We left 2 night earlier and asked for one night refund. We were refused.All issues I mentioned to the property manager were answered with it is as it is- parking is super narrow. We had 20 cm left from our car mirror when entering (Tiguan). To exit it is even more challenging.- there is nobody answering the phone outside working hours. We had issues with parking and called 6 times on 3 different pbone numbers that were provided. No answer. And nobody called us back even during working hours. So if you have an issue during the evening or you lose your keys you are domed to sleep on the street- only one key is given

  : Layout could have been better but that's not something that could easily be changed. Information on access to ski room was missing are difficult to find.
