: Location, amenities and handover was great. It's located above a grocery store which was very easy to pop into and apres ski at the apartment.
: The balcony is within a square, which is very convenient. However, the bars below get a bit noisy on the weekends.

: Location was great. It's a 200m walk to Aiguille du Midi. It's 10min walk to Carrefour supermarket. There's a Spar (small convenience store downstairs, just more expensive). The bus stop for getting around Chamonix and ski venues is 400m from apartment. Parking available underground included with accommodation.
: Pretty compact apartment, there's the 4 of us. It can be a bit noisy downstairs in the square as a bar is located there. Good if you're looking to party.

: wifi works sporadically if 4 people are connectedsecond room with bunk beds is very very small. it should be specified it fit for kidsextremely early check-out time on the last day - 10.00 ( prolonging costs 72 EUR).landlord asks to clean dish plates cutlers before leaving but no dishwasher are providedtwo roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 3 dayslandlord asks to keep our garbage outside before leaving. Sunday (check out) we tried to contact all the phone number provided to ask where big trash containers were, no one answered.landlord offers many services such as ski pass arrangement. after offering help the agreed phone call was never made. calls and emails afterwards were ignored.
