  : The location is just perfect, right in the middle of Chamonix and it is very close to hiking routes. The apartment is super clean!
  : There is a pub below the apartment which causes a lot of noise in the evening and night

  : strong smell of cigarette inside the property on arrival, host could not find alternative property at the beginning of the stay, very noisy due to the pub with live music up to midnight downstairs, faulty oven (was fixed though after informing host),

  : I would like to tell my story in this review. I booked a vacation at Balme 2 in April. A few days before my vacation (July) I got tragic news. My close relative had a tragic accident and he eventually passed away. As a result of this accident, I had to cancel my vacation. I tried to find a compromise with SnoStation but no success. I asked for a full refund - they said no. After that, I asked for changing the dates - they also said no. After a few conversations, I was reimbursed 50 euros to share between 4 people (the whole vacation cost me over 900 euros). There is not much I can do with that money. This is not some random reason for cancellation. I couldn't prepare for this. I hope none of you will experience the same situation. Terrible customer service. I don't recommend anybody to use their service.

  : Location was good - close to buses.
  : Noise in the evenings from the pubs below the accomodation. The cost of a late stay seemed way too high and unneccessary.
