  : Sofa not very comfortable, some of the glass a bit marked. Flyscreen could be a nice addition and a fan.

  : Quant old Gite. Old farmhouse, basic but tastefully converted. Clean, bedroom with adjacent kitchen-cum-sitting room, Very friendly reception by the owner. A very convenient stopover on our route from the Cherbourg ferryport. A bonus: A very quiet rural location.
  : The gite is about 8 minutes' drive from the smll town of Casson. Not really ideal for visitors without a car, or at least some independent mode of transport., Without GPS it is not easy to find, but nowadays (nearly) everyone has access to satnav, so this will probably not be a deterrent to book this nice little place.

  : Location was great. Size of property and layout seemed fine at first but we discovered other issues. Pool was very good, clean, good size with two sun beds. Nice and peaceful with a relaxing atmosphere. Hosts very welcoming providing beer and wine on arrival, very friendly.
  : The accommodation had no kitchen facilities inside the accommodation and no equipment ie crockery/cutlery. We only had two cups and spoons with no where to wash up apart from the bathroom sink. We were initially not told we could use the equipment in the shared kitchen at the other end of the courtyard so we purchased cereal bowls/plates/knives to use. All we had was tea making facilities (very small kettle) and a mini fridge which hardly held anything. On checking the brochure left in the accommodation, our accommodation is marked as inclusive of breakfast however on checking with the hosts, this only applied if booked direct and If booked via booking.com no breakfast would be included but extra charge of 9.50 per person per day. We purchased breakfast on the first morning but were underwhelmed with content, no ham or cheese, or cereals offered. One croissant, some cake and bread with jam. Not value for money so not used again. Advertised to include satellite channels which would suggest there would be a tv, there wasnt! Gallery photos of accommodation are not all of the apartment we booked, they also include photos of the more extensively equipped accommodation. Not clear what your accommodation actually has. Bed quite low and rather hard, but good size. Terrace outside had a table and two chairs which were rather small and uncomfortable and not really suitable for adults. More substantial furniture should be provided. Sofa bed in lounge area was very hard and uncomfortable to sit on. Why have a sofa bed? Accommodation is only adequate for two. Not enough storage for clothes. Partly lived out of suitcase. No air con and no fan provided and it was quite warm during our stay. Pool area could do with another couple of sun beds as two sun beds between three gites is not adequate.

  : Very warm welcome, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Rural location and a sheltered out building to keep our bikes in overnight
  : Was a little confused about the shared kitchen. This is part of the adjacent accomodation, which we were able to use as there was no-one there that evening, otherwise we wouldn't have had access. Would be good to make this clearer in the booking information.
