  : Location, ample rooms and balcony.
  : No instructions on how to use the appliances (dishwasher, stove, microwave, washing machine with different signs for an American guest - we had to look into the manuals for each of these, plus we had to call a neighbor who also had to check the manual in the internet). Kitchen appliances lacking a cooking knife and a cooking board. In addition, no access to NETFLIX or similar, which is necessary for longer stays. TV only with French channels.

  : Short walk to port where there are plenty of good restaurants and cafes
  : The view was disappointing. You can't see the harbour (there are several ugly buildings in the way) No means of making proper coffee (since when do the French drink Nescafe?).
