  : Lovely view over the marina to the mountains. Everything else was rather disappointing.
  : Loads of small things added up to a less than good stay.-small room-hard uncomfortable pillows-no privacy sign so cleaner walks in- one of the two ladies at reception cannot speak a word of English - no coffee/tea station in the room-no amenities -no breakfast included

  : Stunning balcony with view over the marina. Room was finished to a high specification with good facilities. Location was perfect

Disappointing

  : The hotel is located in a great area, but you will need to park and walk a short distance to check-in. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
  : When we arrived, we were informed that the air conditioner was not working. I requested another room but was told that we couldn't be moved to the available rooms because they were more expensive rooms and that the air conditioning was not working in any of the rooms. I didn't want to cause a scene as the receptionist was polite and provided advice for other parts of our stay and I didn't feel like we had much of a choice because it was non-refundable. I suspected the air conditioning was only broken in our room because they are wall units and the hallway near our room wasn't nearly as hot as our room. I learned our neighbors air conditioning was working perfectly fine. I feel like we should have been provided a free upgrade that had a room with air conditioning considering it was so hot outside and its not our fault their equipment was not functional. To make matters worse we attempted to cool the room off in the evening by opening the window, but the store below was blasting music and all we could hear was partying all night. It was a terrible nights sleep- thank goodness we were only there for one night! While the receptionist was pleasant, the concept of good customer service is missing.
