A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The reception is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. On Wednesday and Sunday from 9:00 to 14:00 and then closed in the afternoon.

Please note that hotel services include beds being made prior to arrival and the end-of-stay cleaning fee.

Please note that the private, covered parking is available at an additional cost and exterior parking is available free of charge.

For stays between 1 and 6 nights, end-of-stay cleaning is included. Guests must clean the dishes and tidy the kitchenette. If not done, extra fees will apply.

For stays of 7 nights and more, end-of-stay cleaning is not included and is available as an option. Guests must clean the dishes and tidy the kitchenette. If not done, extra fees will apply.

Please note that one pet can be accommodated per unit for an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.
