A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
For stays of 4 night and more, the accommodation is only cleaned at the end of the stay. An optional additional cleaning service is available for EUR 10. A change of towels is available for EUR 3.

For stays of 7 nights of more, the accommodation is cleaned and the bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days (except the kitchenette).
