  : Centrally located at the main street of the old village. Ear plugs may be helpful to keep windows open in hot summer nights. bathroom up to date. No WLAN other than pay for Orange, not credit cards. Breakfast is served at a long table for all guests so it is a very communicative atmosphere with the other guests. The host is really fun to be around with and integrates every party. Very good command of English.

  : A lovely, homely, cozy B&B in the pretty little village of Buxy, run singlehandedly by an absolutely delightful host. Christine is warm, vivacious and made us feel instantly at home but really went above and beyond expectations when I got ill. She booked me an appointment with the village doctor, came with me to help me communicate in French and helped me get my prescription. She also appeared at our bedroom door later that day with a mischievous grin and a glass of wine for my bored husband, who was laying around waiting for me to feel better. She also had great, secure parking for our bikes and puts on a lovely spread for breakfast.
  : Nothing really. An excellent stay all round. If I'm being really picky, the breakfast was maybe a touch on the expensive side for what it was. Still excellent and well worth having, though, especially as there's not much in the way of alternatives in Buxy.
