  : The room was a good size, clean and fresh, and the bed was comfortable. Room was made up very well and the air conditioning worked well. Shower was hot and refreshing.
  : Breakfast was adequate (bread, croissants, yoghurt, coffee) but I had understood that an 'English' breakfast would be available. This was apparently scrambled egg, bacon and sausage. The sausages were unpleasant and tasted of cardboard, there was no bacon on two out of four days and you sliced the scrambled egg with a knife! We took all our evening meals outside the hotel as the waiting staff did not speak any English at all and when we asked about the menu (which was on a screen by the entrance in French naturally) we were told 'Google' and the waitress promptly turned off the screen and walked away. Very poor service. I don't expect people to speak to me in English when I'm abroad, unless the hotel claims that English is a spoken language at their establishment. (The desk staff did speak English and were very helpful). Tourist tax appears to be charged on the room capacity, not the number of people actually staying in the room. Watch out for this if you're in a room on your own!
