: The house is situated in very calm and idyllic surroundings with horse paddocks and a tennis court. Half of it has been remodeled to host hotel guests, the other half is still private.It is a very special and unique place to spend your vacation. If you want to feel like a Bridgerton, you should definitely come here. :-)
: The bed was a little small for our taste not super comfortable but thats the only thing we can criticize.

: Very nice old house. Beautify renovated, decorated and furnished.
: Our bed mattress was very soft. Didnt notice the problem till we went to sleep. Therefore slept badly. At the time, we were the only guests at the house which has another room. The mattress in the other room seemed firmer. The next morning I asked the lady that takes care of the place if something can be done regarding the mattress for the following night. She said nobody complained before. I suggested to switch the mattress with the one in the other room. she said it cant be done. She then went and checked and approved it was indeed soft. I offered we will help to switch between the mattresses or to turn it over to see if it will help. She refused. She said they will try to do something while we will be out for the day. We came back late at night, nothing was done about it. I would expect her to ofer to move us to the other room or at least call me during the day to report if there was a solution or even if there isntNeedless to say I slept badly again!Also, the house is far from any attractions. Surly, it is located in the woods and the surrounding is nice - This is Normandy after-all but we found this area not as nice as other parts of Normandy. Breakfast is ok - nicely served but with no extras we were used to from other places we stayed at in Normandy - no eggs, cheese or cold cuts.
