  : Pleasant staff. Garage space (essential for us) booked as requested. Location great, Room was generally comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a reasonable range of choice and a delightfully cheerful lady welcoming and serving.
  : Would have been helpful to have an alert about having to drive into the otherwise pedestrian zone to access the hotel and to have had details of how to access the parking garage in advance as it was difficult to park outside even just briefly. Aircon controls in the room defeated 2 adults well used to technology trying to turn down or off)! There was a limited bar (with settees that favoured style over comfort!), staffed (pleasantly) by reception on request. A small lift - glad we only had overnight bags to wrangle! Corridors could do with a little tlc.
