  : Location was superb, apartment was comfortable and relatively roomy. Staff was helpful and nice.
  : The complex is difficult to navigate, and the exact building our room was located in was not immediately noticeable (it was stated in an email, not in booking.com). Spa is small, there are no towels/flipflops/robe available at the spa itself. The tub is outside, so its a bit of a challenge getting there.

  : The appartment was located right under the bar "belles pintes" with live music bands. the noise of the bar was horrible. The appartment is very small, the Windows and balcony doors were closed because the appartment is on the ground floor and it would not be save?? exactly at the time that you want to relax after a day on the slopes, the apres ski above the appartment was very very loud, we were almost afraid the roof came down. We tried to contact the renter but they told is to complain at booking, booking did the best they could but the (private) renter did not communicate for days and even now we did not hear from them of from Maeva. Maeva is part of Pierre et Vacances but they didnt do anything for us.Our young daughter had ski lessons but could not sleep at a proper time. This appartment should only be rented out to students for a low price. for us is was a very expensive dissapointment. We can not believe that anybody would do this to a family without help or warnings.

  : ski in ski out location. excellent ski storage.
  : incredibly noisy being below a bar. lacked privacy as we were at/below slope level - people looking in. it was claustrophobic as had to have curtains closed for privacy. very dated decor. Unable to access balcony as it had a security lock on the door. no blind in bathroom- skiers could see you having a shower. when complained to reception staff about these issues they told us they could do nothing as we had booked a maeva property rather than Pierre et Vacance

  : ideally located, close to supermarket, bars, restaurants and the gondola that connects to Arc2000. The hotel also had a great indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi.

  : Some of the furniture was a bit old and broken, one of the bedroom doors didn't shut, and the coffee machine was dirty
