  : Staff kind and helpful. Dinner particularly good in a cosy environment. No problem in bringing two dogs.
  : Unfortunately, no warm water on day two. Too much traffic noise.

  : Hard to say, I didnt even see my room
  : I arranged to arrive between 4pm and 5pm and had a message from the property to say this was accepted. When I arrived, every door was locked. I waited outside in 35C heat for an hour and a quarter, then started to telephone. Twice it was diverted to voicemail, then on the third call an angry man came out of the building, brandishing his phone, asking if I was calling him. Yes, I said, Ive been waiting an hour and a quarter. He walked up to me in a threatening way and instead of apologising, suggested I had no business there. He said if I wasnt happy I didnt need to stay. So I said I would leave if he reimbursed me but he made no move to do so and he simply became more threatening so as desperate as I was, having paid for my room and having nowhere else to go on the night of the Fete National, I left. As I walked past the gate I saw he and a young couple were finding my predicament amusing, which was even more humiliating.A very degrading experience.

  : The location is very nice. It's directly located in the center of Beaumes-de-Venice, with restaurants a Boulangerie, etc. in walking distance. Also Le Relais Des Dentelles has a restaurant attached to it with a very nice terrasse to sit and eat. The room itself is very quiet and provide everything to recover from a long day in Dentelles de Montmirail.
  : The room was already quiet old. All stuff inside is very antique. The bathroom was not super clean. The value for money is not so good.
