Policies

When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

No parking available.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 33 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 33 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform La Résidence de La Réserve in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Baby equipment is available at an extra charge:
- EUR 45 per day for a kit containing a high chair and a cot
- EUR 16 per day for a high chair
- EUR 33 per day for a cot.

Please note that a housekeeping service with a change of towels is provided daily. Bed linen is changed once per week for long stays. It is not changed for stays of less than 1 week. No room service is available at The Residence.

Access to the pool is charged at EUR 100 per person and per day (for sunbeds only) access is charged EUR 50 per child and per day. Access to the pool from Mondays to Thursdays is charged EUR 190 per person and per day and from Fridays to Sundays 220€ per person and per day and includes a three-course lunch without beverages.
Access to the spa will be charged EUR 25 per hour, per person upon reservation and availability.

Cheques are not an accepted method of payment.

Pets can be accommodated for EUR 50 per pet per night upon request.

Please note that a daily cleaning service is provided such as: making beds, emptying bins, renewing towels and vacuuming. However, dish cleaning is not included.
