WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the price and beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of sofa beds, folding beds and bunk beds. A towels kit per person is included, but guests must purchase towels for the swimming pool.

Please note that end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price but guests are requested to clean the kitchen area and wash their dishes before check-out.

Please note that a Baby Club is available for children aged 18 months to 3 years old, places are subject to availability and additional fees apply. There is also a kids club for children aged 4 to 10 years old, spaces are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance. Please contact the property for more information.

Sunday to Friday: from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:30 to 19:30
Saturday: 08:00 to 21:00.

Please note that a bread and grocery delivery service is available for an extra charge.

Please note that access to the Ô Pure Spa is free of charge until 16:00 for certain apartment types, upon reservation and for stays longer than 5 days. One pass is included for one-bedroom apartments, 2 passes are included for two-bedroom apartments and 3 passes are included for three- and four-bedroom apartments. Each pass admits one person. Please note that the spa is closed 1 day per week.

Please note that guests benefit from preferential rates for ski lifts and ski equipment hire. Please contact the property for further information.

Please note that one pet can be accommodated per unit, upon request and for an extra charge of EUR 10 per day or EUR 50 per week.

Please note that the shuttle service runs everyday except on Saturdays.

Please note that the swimming pool is closed on Saturday mornings.

Please note that for Premium apartments, early check-in from 12:00, beds made on arrival, linen and a parking space are included in the rate.
