  : Fabulous location in the former priory, just at the edge of the historic centre of Barjac.Interesting and eclectic collection of artwork decorating all the public areas.Rooms all a good size, nice high ceilings.Outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace.

  : The location is good, right in the center. A little fridge everyone can use. The old building, still the carm of a monastery
  : You really can't check-in before 3 pm, because they open the restaurant and don't have time before 3pm. The wifi didn't worked in our room. We had to go to the restaurant to have a bit of wifi, but in the evening when there was plenty of people, the wifi didn't worked at all. We asked if it was possible that it would work in the room for a few times, but nothing changed. In the evening we were also waiting for 30 minutes in the restaurant, but nobody came to take an order. We had to pay for the breakfast, but we still were hungry after it (a coffee, a juice, one croissant, and one little piece of baguet for each). Wouldn't recommend it. We entered the room and there was a spider, now, that can always happen ofcourse (not the biggest problem). The rainshower didn't really worked, luckily there was the other thing you can keep in your hands. The curtains were dirty. We booked a room for 3, because booking told us, it was the last room. When we were there, they asked us why we weren't with 3, so there were still other rooms for 2, but they didn't offered us one. So we paid way too much. Also in the pictures of booking, you can see a jacuzzi, but it didn't worked. We had big expectations of this hotel, but were really disappointed.

  : Love the authentic experience of sleeping in an old convent from the middle ages. Nice to come to a nicely air conditioned room when outside was 39 degrees!

  : The building was awesome ! The place very quite and we liked the frogs waking you up at the early morning. Host was pleasant and guests acting friendly.

  : Nice atmosphere and good restaurant, especially if you like an end of the day drink. The negative reviews from few years ago do not apply anymore, I really enjoyed the dinner and staff was very quick and friendly.Private parking area for free available (not suited for bigger cars like SUVs though). Public parking for free available within 2min, except Friday (march).Depending on the room, youll have spacious or tiny rooms. If that is crucial, I recommend to contact the host in advance to check, which to chose. No elevator, but nice terasse in common area.
  : Organization is not so good and the doors are a pain to open with the keys). Arriving there we couldnt find any information in or outside the hotel (like wifi password, where the reception is etc. You will get that information in the restaurant next to the hotel).Would be nice to have an explanatory pamphlet in English at the front door and in the rooms :)
