Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Reception opening hours:
- Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00.
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00.
If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.

For an extra fee, guests may request to reserve the exact location of their accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival or cleaning kit. (The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation).

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
