  : Very clean, well located between the airport (CDG) and the city center. It had almost all one needs for a short stay.Comfortable bed, good size bathroom. Lidl store is located in the same building. 10 minute walk to Metro station (#3) and buus stops.They were very kind allowing us to check-in earlier! Thank you!
  : Very compact! Not much room for your luggage or chairs. Very shallow shower base leaks water outside the curtain. Kitchenette lacks a basic kitchen knife etc. Kitchen sink was extremely slow to drain.You need several codes to get inside the building.

  : The location was nice, close enough to a metro stop, and right above the LIDL and very close to a gigantic Auchan. The small kitchen in the room was quite nice, although it didn't have a huge amount of cutlery. The price/quality was amazing as well.
  : It could use with a new mattress, you could see it was a bit curved from usage. Nothing too bad thothere was only 1 tiny tea spoon in the kitchen, could use more and bigger spoons.It's also very easy to flood the bathroom with water if you dont keep in the shower curtain. There was a mop available to clean the water up again thoPersonally I also prefer to be able to make the room pitch black dark, which wasnt possible with the normal curtains here, but it wasnt too bad here

  : Super cool and effecient check in. I arrived after 23h, and it was no issue. Marc is really kind, and even offered me a great cup of coffee the day I left. The place is spotless, bed was very comfortable. The studio is spacious for Paris, as is the water closet and shower. Lidl, Picard and an organic foodstuffs shop literally at the entrance to the building. Auchan 5 min walk. Very nice cafe on the square 400m away. The area is very safe at night as well.

  : It was clean. There is a big supermarket nearby and only a few place to eat.
  : Quite far from the centre. There is not much around, it is a student complex. It was difficult to find the entrance of the building, there isnt any sign. There is no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee.
