  : If you are not a fan of animals then perhaps not for you, as there is a collection of all sorts of birds and animals on site but kept separated Cats and two cute dogs.

  : This lovely little hotel is just outside of Beziers, with a great view of the cathedral from most bedrooms. It's a slightly rural setting, with it's own little pet farm which is charmingly French. We used the hotel as a base for exploring the north of Spain, Carcassone, Arles and Marseilles for the rugby world cup, so weren't in the hotel really during the day, which meant that we didn't get a chance to use lovely pool. Breakfast was continental style and served to the table, and was really tasty. In the evenings before/after dinner, we enjoyed a bottle of the hotel's red wine (not much choice, but it was lovely) out on the terrace taking in the views and the sounds of goats, pigs and chickens. Rooms were unique, big and pretty comfy. Air con worked really well. As long as you know what to expect, you will love this place. But its not a town centre modern hotel!
  : All the rooms had shower heads that were handheld, so it was tricky to have a really good shower. I'm not sure why they have done this - perhaps to encourage people to take shorter showers. Also, some rooms were up lots of tight stairs, so bear in mind if you are hard of walking. Other than that, no negative comments.
