  : Ease of making the booking. Friendly person on reception who advised of local eatery places. They were accommodating during breakfast. Our dog didn't want to be left in the room (barking) so came down for breakfast. We ate outside which they accepted...somewhat suspiciously. The other dinners where happily watching us out the window.
  : Nothing, all good for the same day booking and price. Toilet light was very very bright... brighter than the main room light and in a super small room.

  : No evening meal or bar facility despite the details posted to the Booking.Com website . It meant there was a risk of not being able to find a table at one of the restaurants in Azay le Rideau on Saturday night. Though polite the man on Reception did not ask if we had enjoyed our stay etc or enjoyed the meal at one of the restaurants he had recommended - one of which was full. On arrival we could not gain admission into the hotel and had to go on a visit of the town for 3 hours in the hope that on return we could gain access into the hotel. On initial arrival nobody answered the phone number to use when the Reception / Main entrance was closed.

  : The room was clean and spacious. Nice hot shower. Close to the town and facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. We cycled and there was a place to put our bikes over night.

  : Lovely hotel in quiet location close to the centre of a beautiful town. Well placed for town amenities and exploring local chateaux. Hotel had its own small car park at the front. Room was spacious and comfortable. Lovely French windows and small balcony. No evening meals but loads of lovely restaurants couple of minutes away and owner gave us good recommendations. Breakfast was very good in a nice dining room. Staff were lovely - friendly and professional. Great value.Will definitely return.
