The room rates include the end of stay cleaning (kitchen area and cutlery excluded) and the phones are available at an additional cost. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Prices include: accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), bed linen, WiFi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate, reading e-mail and research), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax). As well as free access to the outdoor heated swimming pool (from mid-June to mid-September)
Please note that free limited WiFi access is available for up to 5 devices. Unlimited WiFi access can also be requested with an extra charge.
In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
