Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Prices include: accommodation, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bathmat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end of stay cleaning (excepted dishes and kitchen corner), WiFi basic access (for up to 5 devices), charge and tax (except tourism tax), arrival and departure shuttle service during the winter season from Avoriaz entrances (“Le Plateau” and “Prodains’ telecabin”) to the residence (luggage included). In the summer, a fee applies for the shuttle service.

After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

Reception opening hours in the summer:
Sunday to Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 Saturday: 07:00 to 22:00
Reception opening hours in the winter:
Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00
Friday: 07:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00
Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00

For any length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

Parking is available at the entrance of the resort since the entire resort is in a pedestrian area.
