WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges may be applicable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 4 years old to 17 years old stay for € 30 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 4 years old to 17 years old stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please note that the reception is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 6.30 pm. For arrivals on weekends the reception sends access codes. It is imperative that the customer informs his email and his telephone

Guests are required to leave their email address at reservation. Please contact Résidence Les Cordeliers if you plan to arrive outside opening hours as you will need an access code to enter the residence.You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.

In the summer season, a buffet breakfast can be enjoyed either in the dining room or on the terrace. Breakfast costs:
- EUR 9.50 per person
- EUR 5.50 for children aged between 4 and 12 years old
- Free for children under the age of 4 years old
The breakfast has to be booked on site.

For bookings with breakfast included, a breakfast box will be served and will include a hot beverage, fruit juice, rusks, jam and Nutella.

Room can accommodate 1 extra bed. To arrange this facility or to add an additional person to the booking, please call the hotel in advance.

Pleasee note that pets are charged €10 per day and per animal and a bank pre-authorization deposit of €100.

Bed linen and towels are charged EUR 21 per stay for an extra bed.
