Le Pigeonnier du Perron The Originals Relais is set in a renovated 15th-century seigneury which was owned by the French philosopher René Descartes. It features a heated outdoor pool and a vegetable garden and Châtellerault is 15 minutes' drive away. A flat-screen TV is provided in each of the individually decorated rooms. Most of the rooms and suites offer free WiFi access.
Some rooms feature exposed beams and stone walls. A 3-course set menu made with organic produce is served in the restaurant at Le Pigeonnier du Perron The Originals Relais and a reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A buffet breakfast is prepared every morning. Futuroscope Theme Park is located just a 25-minute drive away.
