  : The location is great - view of the ocean from the living room on a main street with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very inexpensive.
  : The apartment was quite run down, and it was not as clean as I would have liked. There was a definite smell of mold/mildew - more than just the typical beach home smell - that made it difficult to enjoy. The beds were not very comfortable and had a mattress cover that was very noisy every time you moved. There is no close parking, but there is a loading area across the street for a quick drop off.

  : The apartment was clean and would have had a nice view if it werent for the construction everywhere.
  : First, the address was wrong so we couldnt find the apartment for over an hour. The host couldnt speak English, which isnt a problem (I mean, we dont know French, so thats not completely on him) until we have bad information. Google and booking.com both sent us a block in the wrong direction. Second, there was no warning of the construction. We had to wiggle through construction fences to get to the apartment, and the noises woke us up early. And, with all the construction, nothing was open to eat or explore. If it were not for a family member who had stayed here previously, we never would have found the apartment the night of check in. We had to find WiFi to call him and have him direct us since the host wouldnt call back and couldnt understand us anyway. The original booking told us someone would meet us with a key, and since we were out of country our phones didnt work to get the email with the lock box code. Which, again, didnt matter for a while since we were given the wrong address!!!! We even asked locals for help finding the place and they couldnt find it.

  : Excellent location on the sea front in Arromanches.The apartment had everything we needed for weekend break, comfortable beds, good kitchen and bathroom
  : The building work in the centre of Arromanches made initial access and departure a little awkward..it would have been nice to have been made aware of this beforehand There were some payment issues trying to pay with Mastercard that were quite stressful prior to our stay, eventually a Visa payment was successfulNo issues at all with the apartment itself

  : I had parking as a filter on my search. This accommodation came up with parking. But it doesnt have any. You have to park in a public car park which is 5 minutes from the accommodation
