: Beautiful chteau located on beautiful grounds. We didnt use the pool but it was beautiful and open 24 hrs/day. Breakfast was fantastic. I feel like the property could have provided a tour of the vineyard for the price we paid.
: There wasnt a tour offered for the property. Only a wine tasting.

: An amazing property, great views over the Mediterranean, a fantastic swimming pool, nice cool rooms, great service
: No air conditioning on the ground and first floor communal areas due to the listed nature of the building. A few essential items missing on the breakfast, like fresh bread. No free water bottles in room, even when 36 degrees outside, no light lunch option at neither the hotel, nor the restaurant

: Very nice location, beautiful building. Well kept grounds, walking distance from the beach (le Racou) and the trailheads to the mountains. Breakfast is good. The nearby restaurant is exceptional. The local wine from the attached winery is not bad at all.
: We were charged for 5 nights when we only stayed 4. Neither the property nor booking.com acknowledge the mistake despite multiple requests. We stayed one week after they had a fire nearby that knocked down electricity and internet in the area. As a result, we had no internet for half our stay and our room smelled really bad for 3 nights from a failure in the sewer system. The mostly absent staff did not help, arguing "we are no plumbers". It took a chance encounter with the owner in the elevator to get it fixed almost immediately. The pool was very cold.
