Policies

When booking for more than 10 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests must clean the accommodation at the end of their stay, otherwise end-of-stay cleaning is available at an additional cost.

Please note that the indoor parking is closed from 22:00 until 07:30. The outdoor public parking is still available during this time.

Please note that reservation is not needed for the parking. There is 1 parking space per booking.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be rented from the property.

Please note that from October to April, the swimming pool is heated to 30°C and accessible from 17:00 to 20:00 daily. Swimming trunks are obligatory; swimming shorts are not allowed.

Please note that breakfast served in the dining room and costs EUR 8 per person.

Please note that arrivals are not possible after 20:00.

The on site restaurant is open from 1 May.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided for stays longer than 1 night but can be rented on site at an extra cost.
