A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Early arrivals before 16:00 and late arrivals after 18:30 are possible upon request only. If you arrive outside check-in times, the following fees will apply:
- Check-in before 13:00: EUR 50
- Check-in between 13:00 and 16:00: EUR 25
- Check-in between 18:30 and 22:00: EUR 25
- Check-in after 22:00: EUR 50
If you leave outside check-out times, the following fees will apply:
