A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Bed linen/towel rental is available at the property. The swimming pool is open from April to September. Please note that TV rental costs EUR 40 per week.

However, be aware that if you wish to benefit from the infrastructures you may be concerned by the application of the health pass. You must present your health pass at the reception desk of your residence upon arrival, once for the entire stay if you wish to take advantage of:
