  : What a God awful place. The staff were rude and unfriendly. The building was dilapidated and the rooms were awful and urgently in need of renovation. The food was simply horrible. A hugely expensive mistake.

  : 1. Last minute availability as it has plenty of rooms & we hadnt booked anywhere ahead of our travel. 2. The response of the reception staff when I asked to move rooms. 3. The breakfast & amazing huge dining room/hall. 4. Free parking.
  : 1. First room allocated was in adjacent block some walk away from Main reception. I had my 5yr old son with me. Looked more like a basic hostel than a hotel room, very basic, no air conditioning & bathroom very uninviting. 2. Very small old fashioned lift, only room for a few people, more like a porters lift. 3. No air conditioning in any rooms. 4. Property in need of major expenditure to bring it all up to speed. Felt & looked in a time warp. Could be amazing. 5. No swimming pool for children. I was hoping to take my son swimming in the morning before leaving but its only a spa pool and children not allowed.
