: The view, the location right at the beach.
: The terras is a bit strange. It is open for a dentist a few apartments further, so they can look right into your bedroom. It is possible to use the terras but there is no chair to put outside. I used the little one from the bathroom. I was there alone and there is only one bathroom chair.

: The location is well situated in the town with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. It has been recently renovated to a high standard. Wonderful views overlooking the ocean. The staff on handover (Jonathan) was superb and really helpful. He provided me with a resident's parking permit. It is easy to move along to the coast to San Sebastian especially by public transport - train and bus
: It is very difficult to find the Good Dukes apartment there is no external signage. Needs better description in the advert. It is very difficult to get parked on the street , even with the resident's parking permit - almost impossible and we went at the start of the season. It must be so difficult in the summer. There is underground parking nearby but it is expensive. What initially appears to be a balcony overlooking the sea is in fact a public walkway which is used by members of the public!

: Great views of the beach, easy walk to the main part of town with lots of bars, restaurants, shops. Even if the weather is bad, you can just look out your window and watch the waves, the dogs playing on the beach, etc. For parknig, it's important to know that they will give you a card to put in your car so that you can park in town (in any of the blue-dashed or white-dashed areas, NOT the blue-and-white dashed area). So, find a spot to park nearby, and either pay for 20 minutes or arrange to meet the host to get the parking permit then find a spot (it's tricky to pull in front of the place though).
