  : like many 'old style' paradors we have stayed in the dining facilities are quite uninviting although the service and the quality of the food served makes it a minor complaint

  : A great room and bathroom. A very comfortable bed.
  : in a time warp..... no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but a mini bar, with no prices to be seen. On departure we were told the prices were on a QR code in the corner of the reception area. Neither that or the offer of a map were pointed out on our arrival. Staff under pressure over Easter, but at times the staff appeared a little under trained for the status of the hotel.

  : Loverly old building in a not to bad location, but that's about it for good points.
  : The rooms are super noisy with squeaky floor boards and not even a free bottle of water.There was a function on when we arrived and couldn't use the hotel facilities until about 8.30 as the party where everywhere, we had to go out and find a bar to have a drink.Restaurant staff where absolutely terrible, 100miles per hour. Crashing plates down and racing about. I'm assuming this was due to the function and food was flying out the kitchen going into the function.Manager didn't want to know about any issues when we raised them to him. The function had seemed to over take all other priorities staying guests should have had.Expensive as well compared to other posadors, I would avoid this one but stay in the others people.No customer service, food below average and rooms noisy.

  : Usual Parador quality and service. Very nice location and staff welcoming as always.
  : Car parking prices seem excessive and the breakfast was higher priced than normally.

  : Rooms are super noisy with squeaky floor boards as are the corridors. Part of the hotel is up one stairs along corridors and up more stairs, not a huge pain but a pain still.Manager needs a few people skill leasons.There was a function on when we stayed and had to go out the hotel as the bar was overwhelmed with function guests.Restaurant was like a comedy show with staff rushing around smashing down plates and crashing about. I do think the function was the route to problems perhaps or it might just be the useless manager.Food was OK but no where near as good as other Paradors on our trip.Would give this parador a miss and also alot more expensive than others.
