  : It has a lovely reception area, very spacious bedroom and sooo clean and smelled absolutely amazing.
  : The receptionist was absolutely ridiculous and made us very stressed after a long trip down from France. I had originally booked a double room and a triple room, then due to a change in my circumstances, I had to change the double to a twin. It was confirmed on BOOKING.COM that I had cancelled the double and changed it to the above stated. When we got to the hotel, the receptionist was saying (in an aggressive manner) about the rooms NO NO NOIMPOSSIBLECANCELLED This reaction made me very anxious because I knew I had done it all correctly and I had to have a triple and a twin. I tried showing the woman my reservations but she just kept saying NO NO CANCELLED She then re-looked at her computer and confirmed exactly what I was trying to tell her in the first place. She then gave us our keys and directed us to our rooms. She spoke very very little English and I speak very very little Spanish because Im only passing through and staying for 1 night for my next destination of Portugal. This woman definitely needs to be trained better in customer service and taught English. I was very stressed because of her and she didnt need to be like that at all.

  : Receptionist is an absolute HOT HEAD We had travelled down from France, were tired and just wanted to get in the room to rest. She was instantly verbally aggresive in strong Spanish (I know a few words thats it, we were there for 1 night so I dont need to know Spanish) asking for passports, booking references which I was flummoxed by and went to get them from the car very quickly. She was then saying that we DIDNT have 2 rooms booked when I know that we 100% did as I booked them. I had originally booked 2 rooms1 double and 1 triple BUT our situation changed and I now needed 1 twin instead of the double so I cancelled the double and booked the twin meaning I still had 2 rooms booked. She was saying NO NO NOIMPOSSIBLE, CANCALLED, CANCELLATION even BEFORE I could do my best to explain the situation. After around 10 minutes of a very stressful situation (more so because my son is disabled and we needed to get him in the room to sort him out after a long drive down from France) she then realised that what I was saying (with the help of google) she said OK OK OK OK (in Spanish), gave us 2 keys, told us the room numbers and we went to our rooms. She wasnt someone that I expected to encounter and hopefully she will be told to not be such a stress head with customers.

  : Ideal location for stop over to and from Portugal Only minutes from Motorway and 2 kms from Salamanca Town It was very good value for money with a restaurant next door
  : The car park was very rough and not many spaces for customers In the morning there were no facilities for coffee or breakfast when I stayed There could have been a safe facility also furnature was a bit outdated
