A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
From the 14th of September 2019 until the 26th of June 2020 (both days included) there is an electricity fee of 0.22 EUR per kw.
It will be paid at the ckeck-out, discounted from the damage deposit
