  : Location was excellent. The apartment is very modern and minimalist. Good open space.Victoria who met us there was excellent.We had no issues at all. Beds comfortable.
  : The apartment is on the first floor. The entrance and stairs leading to it are not very nice. Slight smell of drains, which I know you get sometimes on the continent. One bedroom is internal with no window. Could have done with mirrors in the bedrooms.

  : Beautiful and well equipped flat in a convenient and generally quiet location close to the City centre and train station. Victoria was excellent during check in with much helpful advice to assist us during our stay. She was also extremely responsive to messages both before and during our visit.
  : The external facade at street level was not attractive and stairway up to the first floor was in a pretty poor state of repair (although once through the door the flat was lovely). Bin collections were extremely noisy in the early hours of each morning.

  : We loved the location.So central , easy to get to from airport - 3 metro stops within walking distance of the property ( pl. Espaa, Xatavia and Angel Gulmera, but taxi to airport under 20.We loved the decor in the property - ideal for our stay ( 2 adults and 1 teenage son). The property was very clean and tidy - really light and everything we needed for our 5 day trip.Clean towels and basic toiletries provided , the kitchen had a fresh orange juicer which we used every morning to make freshly squeezed ( Valencian ) orange juice which was delicious, a kettle, coffee maker. We didnt ever cook so cant comment on the kitchen equipment but looked like all the basics were there.Little cosy lounge with access to Netflix/ TV .Bedrooms ( front bedroom had a window with shutters so lively natural light , back bedroom - good for a teenager)no natural light but a bit quieter although we only had 1 night where there was a bit of noise).We were greeted by Victoria, who handed us our keys and gave us a map and some really helpful orienteering tips with a map and some great tips for day trips and restaurant recommendations. The best food tips for us was Restaurante Camalen ( C/ d'Albacete, 18, 46007 Valncia, Valencia, Spain)- for 3 shared starters + amazing bread, a main and coffee or dessert for about 20- it was walking distance in a quiet residential area but we wouldnt have found it without the recommendation.We also loved El Coso near the beach promenade for (Malvarrosa beach) for an amazing paella - another recommendation from Victoria. The paella in the neighboring La Marcelina was also great !We had to leave the property at 10am on checkout day but found somewhere to store luggage near the main train station ( Estaci del Nord) for 5 per piece all day).
  : As mentioned in previous reviews , the entrance to the property needs some attention as the entrance and stairwell needs some decorative repair but that was really not an issue for us - such a minor detail and is no reflection on the interior of the property.

  : Perfect location to explore the city of Valencia. Loads of room too.
  : The steps up to the entrance to the property should be addressed. The pillows were a big hard for my liking
