  : Beautiful sea view, massive terrace, location, kitchenette (in Suite 1).
  : 1. Night club a few hundred meters from the hotel that's open every day until 3.30am (mid-October). Made sleeping very difficult, ear plugs higly recommended.2. Shower water pressure and temperature control: the latter was literally non-existent, randomly went from moderately cold to burning hot.3. No shelves or storage space in bathroom.

  : Good connection with airport (metro line 5 from airport and 6/8 tram lines, 45min. total). We've enjoyed our stay in guestroom #1 on 3rd floor. Unit has large balcony with nice sea view. Friendly and helpful staff. No ketller but there is moka pot. We've (family with teenage girl) been in November, in working days, so weather was very nice, perfect for walking and discovering of the city. Caffe bars below the unit were quiet, almost without guests at night. Worth for money (290eur/4nights), we would come back again.
  : There are some minor issues. There is low wi-fi on balcony. Cutlery is not enough (could be improved easily).

  : Freezing all the time and the heater was hard to navigate. Dirty walls and dusty vent. Dirty silverware and dishes in the cupboard. Barely any channels on the tv. Poor quality and deteriorating blankets for bed.

  : Excellent location, well equipped room. I loved having a kitchenette, table and chairs, separate sleeping and sitting area.

  : One minute walk from the beach with access to lots of restaurants. Excellent transport links to the rest of Valencia. Staff very helpful with advice about transport tickets. Apartment clean and modern.
  : We didnt realise there was no kettle but there was a coffee maker for the hob, used the microwave so no problems.
