: We had several problems for getting the keys of the apartment. They told us to call them when arriving to Valencia in order to get the keys, but no one was answering the phone, we kept calling them for 1 hour without any answer. After 1 hour waiting outside of the apartment, they called us back, they sent us an app and some codes to open the door of the building. The procedure wasn't smooth and we needed to send them a picture of the passport and a selfie, I've never seen something like that before. A part of that we didn't have any other problem.

: Great location sarolla station is just 5 minutes away.Fresh bakery ,sarolla cafe and indian/Pakistani restaurant downstairs, Supermarket is 5 minutes walking distance.Town center is few minutes walk,Marina beach is 10 minutes in Taxi and cost €10-12.we had great time would definitely come back and recommend
: Shower in the bath was not good it wasn't on right place during shower water goes all over the floor because the pressure of the water please put bath curtain and extractor fan , there was not enough cloth hanging rails. Was disappointed with TV ,it is brand new TV but not smart TV and there was only one English channel (Disney) we all had to watch cartoons.there was no information about wifi but that was not a big deal

: Handy for free shuttle bus from Sorolla station to Valencia Nord.Good (if expensive) tapas restaurants nearby.Very good location when driving in and out of Valencia.
: No remote for the TVBroken shower head (which was fixed while we were there)Neighbourhood not very nice at night
