  : The location of the apartment was excellent, ideal for walks in the old part of Valencia. The size of the apartment was suitable for our family (2 adults and 3 children). There was air conditioning in the living room, as well as a fan in one bedroom, microwave, washing machine, TV and free wi-fi.
  : The photos on the site are quite misleading and the apartment looks much bigger and brighter. They were obviously made when it was brand new, now there were a lot of worn places, broken cabinet door, rusty metal parts in the bathroom. But the main problem was the communication to get the keys. The day before our check-in, I had to receive an e-mail with the coordinates of the place where to pick up the keys, as well as access codes to them. I didn't get anything. On the day of our check-in we traveled from Bilbao to Valencia, having specified that we would check in around 5 pm. At 4 pm I still did not have an e-mail and I had to call to find out where and how exactly to takes the keys. Only after that call, I received the e-mail, but when we went to the place, it turned out that the front door was also locked with a code, and I do not have such in the e-mail (I only had a code for the lock box with the keys). I called several times on the phone, but no one answered, I rang the bells for someone to open, but no one answered, except a man who said on Spanish that he doesn't understand what I want (I was speaking in English)... On the fourth phone call, they finally picked up the phone and told me the entry code, so I succeeded to get the keys. After that it was a bit difficult to find the apartment, because access by car is not very easy and the GPS is leading to another address, but we managed. Thank God, they spared me the same hassle of returning the keys by writing to me, just to leave them on the table when we leave.

  : The location of the accommodation is truly great. It's not right in the hustle and bustle, but it's also not far away from it. There are several supermarkets and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and it's not far from a park either! The kitchen is well-equipped, and you have pretty much everything you need. There are four single beds which are okay, not hotel comfort, but acceptable. There are two bathrooms which were very clean, although one of them had a slightly strong odor. The Wi-Fi works very well and is perfect if you need to work from there. Overall, I received the apartment very clean. The apartment is indeed a good starting point for a stay in Valencia.
  : Sometimes there is a slightly odd smell, but it seems to be related to the building and not directly to the cleanliness of the apartment. I found the process beforehand incredibly cumbersome. One has to pay a deposit, which is refunded only after 30 working days after check out because there's a limit on electricity consumption, and any excess consumption is offset against this deposit. You pay the deposit through a payment link and not via the booking platform.Then I had to sign two documents, akin to a small lease agreement, in which the deposit is clearly noted. You have to pick up the keys from a key box located 1 km away from the accommodation, and you only receive the access details on the day of arrival. It's not a major issue, but it's a bit annoying to have to go somewhere else before being able to access the accommodation.The chat with the agency generally works fine; someone always responds, and it's usually quite helpful. However, I had to remind them several times, for example, to get a response on when I would receive my access details for the key box.Overall, it's not a big deal and manageable. I just would have liked to know about it beforehand.

  : I had to go to their main office to pick up keys ( took me about 20 min), nobody met us at the property. The floors in apartment were very cold (tiles). We switched on one heater in the sleeping room and A/C heater but still floors were very cold. If switch on washing mashing then power in apartment shuts down therefore had to switch off one of the heaters. There was bad smell (sewage) in sleeping room coming from main bathroom. Sleeping room window open stuck, I could not close it. OWNERS, it is time to throw the old towels and buy new, and consider to fix sofa. Elevator in the property is useless, for example I stay in apartment on 2and floor but elevator doors was at stage between 1st & 2and floors).
