: The patio doors at the back of the ground floor property did not lock. Three out of four of the doors were broken, which meant that anyone would be able to enter the property. We raised this with Singular Stays on our first night, as we had three children staying in the property, but they informed us this could not be fixed while we were staying there. We asked to move apartments, but they said this was not possible. This is NOT a safe apartment to stay in, especially with children. DO NOT stay here. I highly doubt this has been fixed since our stay. In addition to this, the air conditioning was not sufficient for the temperatures outside. Again, we raised this at the start of our stay as it was incredibly uncomfortable to be in. Singular Stays messaged back daily with different advice for how to get it to work, none of which did work, and refused to send someone out to fix it and also ignored our requests for fans to make it a slightly more comfortable stay. You can see from previous reviews that other guests had issues with the air con, hot water and heating, which all work from the same system. This is clearly a known issue that they are failing to fix. We were originally offered compensation of 150 Euros, which we did not believe even slightly covered the issues described above given that we paid around 2500 Euros to stay there; however, Singular Stays has since refused to provide us with this. They have since reduced it to 100 Euros, claiming they never agreed to 150 Euros in the first place, despite providing this in writing. We are still in the process of disputing this.

: - The house nextdoor is under construction so my advice: stay in the weekend! - No WiFi - We had No hot water!! BUT must say: not their fault, boiler was broken. and the service was great: fast!!

: Its nice and big and can accommodate a big group. It is modern to some aspect. It is a really nice house where a big group can chill and relax.
: It wasnt properly cleaned as my frd stepped into some glass shrapnel and we found few more lying around. Collecting the key was bit of bothersome as well as we had to get it collected from somewhere else
