  : Very modern and clean apartment with comfy beds and full equipped kitchen.
  : It would be great if the service provider could offer coffee capsules of let's say a pack of 5 to buy among other small items like water or sodas and dish washer tabs. They could easily put up a vending machine in the entrance area since it's entirely empty. Staying there for 2 nights only, it didn't make sense to buy a full pack of coffee, tea.

  : Location was great - in the middle between the historical city center and the seaside, walking distance to both (if you dont mind walking ~30 min), metro and bus stop very close if you prefer to get somewhere quicker. Also lots of shops, cafes and restaurants around - which helps! Very comfortable bed and nice shower and sink, very clean apartments overall. And dishwasher easy check in and check out process Clear and pleasant communication over WhatsApp
  : I did not appreciate paying another 200 as a temporary deposit - esp If someone doesnt use credit cards it can be annoying to organize it and overall it feels weird to pay more after youve already paid for the whole stay + its not clear straight away on booking that youll have to do it (a bit of a hidden fee, usually very irritating for people)Also a nice addition to the kitchen would be maybe few teabags/coffee - if someone arrives in the evening, or only stays for a few days its always nice to have it there, rather then buying the whole pack of it in the shop I would prefer an actual duvet cover over a duvet in between two bed sheets

  : The location was great for us, the appartment was clean and looked great.
  : The bed was a bit small for us and there was no place to leave our suitcases upon arrival until the check-in time of 15:00
