  : Great location, situated only a few minutes from the Valencia North train station and a short walk to the old town. The aircon was good and definitely needed. The room was clean and a decent size. Cafe Baldo across the street was ideal for drinks.
  : It's an old and dated property on the second floor. It was clean but basic.The check-in procedure was not ideal. It's done through an app, but I wasn't confident with it. You needed to use it to open and close three separate doors. To set up the app, it required a user name and password (provided), which wouldn't copy across to the app properly. It was quite stressful, if I'm honest, and I just wanted a physical key or card. I was unable to get into the main door at one point.The wifi code provided wouldn't work, despite several attempts. I therefore contacted the company via WhatsApp (there is no physical reception), and I was advised to scan a barcode located on the entrance door. This worked initially, but later that evening, it went off and wouldn't work again. Very disappointing. The hot water took ages to come through to the shower. Not a deal breaker, but on top of the other issues, I wouldn't stay again.

  : The location is super central and close to the train station (Xativa), which is also where the metro goes to the airport. There are many restaurants, bars, souvenir shops and a bakery where you can have breakfast. The area looked safe to me.
  : Shortly before arrival, I received several messages explaining the check-in system and that I had to register with passport data online. Then you have to download an app that opens three different locks (street, flat, room). You need roaming internet to open the door, which didn't work for me, so I was standing outside on the street at 2am. (Luckily the bar next door helped me.) The next day the app didn't funtion anymore, the "locks" were deleted and the office had to reset it for me. In the room I usually had no WiFi coverage. - A "reception office" is 5 mins away and only open until 6pm. You have to call there to get in. - The room is really used up, always painted over. There is only one window to a shaft.
