  : The facilities were modern and clean. There is a common area with seating, complimentary beverages and snacks. The wifi was the best Ive experienced in all of my travels! The staff were very attentive and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was an excellent add on that I had forgotten was included. The view from our room was very pleasant. Very conveniently located near Joaquin Sarolla train station, restaurants, cafes and groceries.The hotel is located across the street from the main park, which made for a refreshing nature scape.The AC only engages if the windows with sensors are closed. I dont typically use AC, but for those that do, it only goes down to 19 C. For me this is a plus because if Im sharing a room with someone who keeps it chilly, this is a safeguard!
  : The restaurant below my room dragged tables into the midnight hour, which was very inconvenient because Im a light sleeper. The table dragging was VERY loud. This is not the first property in Europe that I experienced an excessive amount of fragrance in all the linens and throughout the property. It was difficult to sleep at night because the smell was SO strong to me. I had to leave the windows open for the majority of the day to air it out. Only one window opened without a key, so I had to request housekeeping open the others for me. To note, the reason for doing this is to ensure the AC is preserved and only turns on when the windows with a sensor are closed.

  : location, comfort, cleanliness. They did provide decaffeinated coffee when requested (but in this day and age, should really be available as an option anyway)
  : Wrong entry code provided on message on booking.com (only way we had communicated), making arrival more stressful than needed. Booked an extended family in on rooms on either side of us (back and forward door slamming and property very echoey), including a child below 2 years (despite clear indication on booking.com this was not allowed) made for a noisy stay including noise from the restaurant below us until 1 am one night. Did correspond with the host during the stay on these issues, but nothing changed and eventually they stop responding to my messages. No recognition given that 3 out 4 nights spoilt by their booking error and lack of consideration of placing us between a noisy extended family.

  : Nice clean, quiet, comfortable room.Cozy lounge with free coffee/tea, other drinks and a microwave.Very friendly staff, answering all my questions promptly via whatsapp and committed to make me feel at home.
  : Not a problem for me, but where my room was located there was no elevator (two stairs up)
