  : The whole place is falling apart and very worn, needs desperate renovations! Lots of things dont work, cheapest Ikea bed and sofa, no comforts, bad wifi connection that keeps breaking up, not even Netflix option on TV in penthouse. Zero value and you feel ripped off paying so much money for a run-down flat.

  : Its hard to think of positives when we were so dissatisfied with our stay but the heater worked, the bed was big, and Nacho made Parking arrangements and tried to help with our concerns
  : Where do I start. The apartment was not as listed on booking. Compare the photos and you will see. It was very worn and not maintained. Upon arrive the worst was the bathroom. Shower head taped together (Nacho did bring a new one) shower wouldnt drain, major door, wall and floor damage from shower. Walls were very dirty. Sofa was so uncomfortable you couldnt sit on it and there was a stench that grew worse . We left a day early as we just couldnt enjoy our trip. Also the pictures of the neighborhood are old. I wouldnt stay there again. I asked for a one night refund and was told only if they could book it. I feel bad for anyone who booked it but I doubt Id see a credit. There were also some suspicious threatening emails I got from them prior to check in demanding my credit card info that they said were spam but then I was later asked to pay in cash. Consider yourself warned.

  : For 160 euros per night this was a huge disappointment, the whole place is in need of maintenance badly and should not be rented out in its current state. The apartment smells like sewerage (perhaps due to there being no U-bend in the kitchen sink pipe). We had to open the balcony doors for fresh air. The apartment was dusty and dirty, the bedsheets and mattress had sex stains on them from previous guests. The couch/bedsit and main bed were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The main bed has a very old discoloured foam mattress. There were old splatter stains on the bedroom wall. The bathroom felt like an old nightclub toilet that had been neglected, mould all over the ceiling and scratched paint, water damaged door, dirty grouting and chipped tiles. The table the TV sits on is broken and if you lean on it gently it would fall apart. The furniture is old and in bad shape, it looks like it has been pulled off the street - very different to what is advertised as stylish dcor. Even the ceramic plates and cups were all chipped. We made a complaint to the owner and requested to cancel and receive a refund for our unused nights, the owner declined but we left anyway to stay in a more acceptable accommodation. This was a very sad start to our family holiday, and it was a considerable financial loss, we had booked and paid for 5 nights. A total scam. The owner needs to lower their rates to budget accommodation prices and update their photos to show the reality of the apartments condition - or invest in better cleaning services, update the furniture, freshly paint the apartment and fix their mould, bathroom and plumbing problems.

  : Had to wait for access 20 minutes when this could be done prior as a code is sent to you.Shower holder came off wall as with hair-dryer loose on wall.Homeless camp underneath. No issue.No toiletries, coffee etcToilet doesn't flush properly.It's a basic property in my estimation should be paying about 60 euros per night.Way overpriced.Would not stay again, read TripAdvisor reviews more accurate than Booking.com

  : Location was fine. Comms were good however from the description I thought it was a hotel with 24 hr service.It was clean with great hot water waterfall shower head.
  : Facilities are very basic for the cost and in my opinion well over priced. The bed uncomfortable and I Hardly slept as the bedroom is on a square full of drunks. Very disappointing experience overall for the cost of $87USD per night. Not a place to hang out and relax.
