Policies

When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 10 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 7 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform Flatsforyou Port in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 30. After 22:00, it amounts to EUR 40. It is not possible to check-in after 01:00.

For reservations of 2 rooms, specific information will be requested from the guests, as well as the reason for the trip, to assess their acceptance.

The processing of group reservations entails a supplement of €2,000 per apartment to be paid at the time the reservation is made (amount to be added to the chosen rate).

This establishment does not allow the celebration of bachelor parties or similar parties.

A deposit of EUR 200 will be required to cover possible damages. It must be paid by credit card It will be fully refunded to the credit card maximum 7 days after check-out, once the good condition of the accommodation has been verified.
