  : Great location,nice interior, close to local shops and old town. Very good view from the balcony. 10 minutes walk from the metro station and 3 minutes to the most beautiful botanic garden.
  : Lack of soap in the bathroom and basic spices in the kitchen, bad smell from the kitchen sink and bathroom, duvets for 3 people instead of 4, people in the customer office had very poor language skills. Apartment is quite cold during nights in January.

  : Quiet location next to the botanical gardens. Apartment was spacious and clean. perfect for a few days stay.
  : Had a few problems getting in at the beginning and didn't get a reply when we messaged them. Also the apartment was very cold the first few days but they charge if you use the heating too much.

  : great location, a short walk from the old town. spacious and light, the balcony was a real treat in the afternoon sun.
  : the shower wouldnt attach to the wall so you had to hold it which was a shame. it was quite loud at night.

  : The apartment had a lot of light and space. The view at the backside was very nice. You could see a lot of high trees of the botanic garden. In the afternoon the sun was shining on the little terrace which we could enjoy. The apartment is in a non-touristic place not far from the historic centre, 10 min by walking and 5 min from the Turia.
  : There was a smell in the bathroom after opening the window probably coming from the common air duct.

  : Location next to old town very convenient to travel around via walking mostly. Bedrooms are interconnected so all 3 of us girls can kind of sleep over together Staff was highly contactable and helpful over whatsapp and calls.
  : Old building in need for modernisation and maintenance. The main door on the ground floor and the unit door was easily jammed. We were locked out more than once during our 3 day stay, once at night we have to buzz a stranger in the building to let us in as the key did not work for the shared common door (dodgy) - although staff was highly contactable and helpful in resolving said issues. The bathroom door does not close properly due to poor alignment of hinges and just generally old door frame. House in general is not very clean, especially the balcony that I was looking forward to. It was dirty and dusty. Also it is smaller balcony than the picture suggest. Not conducive for lounging in the sun in an afternoon with a book at all. Terrible hot water supply. Intermittent. First user gets scalding hot water for a short period of time, then it goes cold. Second user gets ice cold water. We went in winter/spring (March where temperatures were cold at night) so this meant none of us girls washed our hair due to this. Airconditioning is limited use only. Didn't really warm up the room. We have to use additional space heaters (provided) to keep the room warm at night. Deposit required - 200 euros that needs to paid separately outside of booking.com which sounds a wee bit dodgy although I can confirm this has been reversed after our stay. Very strict rules - I have rarely ever stayed at a place that has so many rules/limitations e.g. cannot use air-conditioning beyond certain daily allowance wattage (but you cannot monitor so you are left guessing if you have overused), hot water with limited supply that requires rationing, deposit at risk if you dont take out your own trash??? or return furniture pieces to where they were places previously etc. I would have thought cleaning + taking out trash would be included in a typical hotel/airbnb cleaning service.

  : apartment is lovely, bright and cheerful. very private with terrace view of the botanical gardens. high ceilings and beautiful tilework on the floors and authentic wooden doors.
  : the apartment has 3 single beds. it would be much more comfortable if one of the bedrooms had a double bed.
