: The location is excellent. Close to the science museum and Oceanographic. Spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms. Gorgeous bakery just outside the apartment and a small supermarket on the corner. Bus stops very close also for travelling into the centre.
: Advertised with an outdoor pool and air conditioning - (air conditioning on only in the living room, electric fans in the bedrooms) But on our 2 nd day at the pool my husband was told to leave as we had no right to be there and that our landlord knew this. The management threatened to call the police if he didnt leave. He apologised and explained that we understood the pool was available to us. On asking the contact gentleman that organised the keys etc when we landed, the response was unsatisfactory. We had paid in full 8 weeks before arriving. He claimed that in order for us to use the pool an application should be made to the management but that they were on holidays and therefore not possible! I also contacted Booking.com, received another contact number, I never received a reply in the past 4 weeks. I consider this false advertising and would advise against booking it without written confirmation that you have access to the outdoor pool as per the details listed on Booking.com.

: Being located near the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias & Oceanographic means that if you come to Valencia and want to visit these locations then this property is ideally situated as its no more than a 10 minute walk. The property is in a guarded building and has a playground in the grounds which is good for small children
: The furniture in the property is in poor condition. The whole place needs the furniture replaced and the walls and ceilings painted. For the price of this property per night, I would expect some care to be put into the place beyond it being just clean, as every wall and surface has some sort of scratch, stain or bash in it. It looks poorly kept.
