  : Our requests for problems encountered fell on deaf ears despite texting the owner for assistance. 1 Bathroom lock not working 2 Shower leaking at every joint 3 Dangerous electrical connection for hob 4 request for a part refund as a goodwill gesture due to Lockdown ( Coronavirus ) also sent in Spanish. No advice given during lockdown. Noisy building work going on during our stay, 60 steps to apartment and smelly staircase and dusty conditions due to the builders , dogs in another apartment noisy during the night

  : Location is good, short walking distance from the beach (5 mins), a little less for the tram stop. Quiet neighbourhood. Very close to a few hipster restaurants and pubs. Newly refurbished ample dining room/kitchen space is pleasant. Big fridge/freezer combo. Induction hobs. Was able to park the car right next to the door (lucky!) for free.
  : Double bedroom window leads to inner building well but that's quite common. Cooking pots were on the short side for someone who enjoys cooking but I didn't complain so, the host is not to be blamed.

  : The flat was big enough for two travellers, both of us with our own rooms. Big Kitchen with all the stuff needed, and a washing machine. Location good for the summer (few minutes from Las Arenas beach). The owner is very friendly and polite.
  : General Cleaning was insufficient as we found crumbs on the little table, a couple of cockroaches walking on the living room walls. Also, due to the inexistent air system (both a main room and the bath room don't have windows), there was a bad smell that could be managed with a big bottle of air freshener found in the kitchen.
