  : My wife and I made a booking for one night. We overlooked the option to let the owner make the payments instead of booking. We received an email the night before the arrival stating that the credit card had been marked as invalid by the owner of the hotel. We, honestly, overlooked the email among many others. Two hours later we received a message through the chat saying everything was perfect and that they were looking forward to having us there. Without further notice I receive an email the very day of hour arrival saying that the hotel had decided to cancel the booking without any charge for us leaving us with nothing. The email stated that we had to contact the hotel. As we called the hotel to know more about any issue they were nasty and hanged up the phone saying that any payment would have to be made by booking and that we could only contact them. We called booking and they informed us of the fact that it was the hotel the one responsible to make any charge and not booking. That they had marked the credit card as invalid even though they saw that the card had been used the very same morning and was valid and active. They supported us before arrival and all of us wanted to expect for the best and not to make any further assumption of bad intentions. As we arrived they treated us vey badly. They didnt say we had a booking. They tried to fake that they knew nothing about our stay that night. As we dipped deeper into the issue and together with booking we could finally make the checkin and have the room we had previously booked. However it was difficult and they wanted to cheat all the time to charge extra fees for something previously accorded within the booking made. The receptionist at all times admitted they knew there was no problem with the credit card but insisted on us paying once we would leave.

  : Excellent breakfast, spacious room, very nice staff, but in the room for 4, the access to the atic room is through a ladder and a small hole in the ceiling, quite an exercise to get there.

  : Clean and cosy room with great views and our daughters loved the mezzanine/attic where they had two beds and enjoyed the ladder to get up there. Lovely bathroom and bath.
